Lauren Flanagan, Graphic Artist, breaks through the disappointments of her dad's broken promises to find true connection in all her relationships.

It was open house we were going to make some food and if you wanted to come over you could. And so, my dad didn't go. It was one of those things where I invited him, and he said, 'Well, I have a lesson. I don't know if I'm going to make it.' It was one of those things that I know he had a lesson but then he was just hanging out afterwards. It's just happened so many times that I don't get disappointed anymore,” says Lauren.
